Booking conditions

The use of services or contracting of products from Sud Ibiza Suites SL implies acceptance of this contract; you declare and accept:

1. That you are of legal age (over 18 years old) and possess the legal capacity necessary to contract the services offered on the Sud Ibiza Suites Website, stating that you understand and comprehend the entirety of the conditions found on the Website.
2. That in order to contract the services offered, the user must register as a client, for which purposes they declare that all information provided at the time of registration is true, complete, and accurate.
3. That they confirm the dates indicated in the reservation, as well as the number of accommodations and the number of persons.
4. The conditions and price of the contracted reservations are those expressly determined in the document. The provision of services begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.

2. At the time of making the reservation, and depending on the selected rate, the client has the option to pay the full amount or part of the amount of the stay, with the remainder to be paid upon arrival at the establishment.
3. The establishment will require the card with which the reservation was made at the time of check-in to verify the identity of the cardholder. In the event that the cardholder is different from the guest staying or does not travel with the reservation card, authorization from the cardholder will be required. In the event that the client presents themselves at the establishment without the card or the cardholder's authorization, the establishment may cancel the reservation without this giving rise to any type of compensation or possibility of claim against the establishment.
4. The reservation price includes accommodation and does not include any other "extra," optional item, or any other service not expressly contracted.
5. Reservation prices include VAT, unless such mention is expressly omitted. Accommodation Any other fee or tax accrued on account of the accommodation will be settled additionally at the establishment.
6. Once your reservation has been formalized, its characteristics may only be modified at the client's request if provided for by the "Specific Conditions" thereof and under the terms that these particularly reflect, in all cases subject to availability and application of the corresponding processing fees for cancellation as set forth in the following paragraphs. 7. In accordance with national regulations, the establishment does not accept cash payments exceeding 2,500 EUR. For more information, you may contact the establishment through the contact details listed in the reservation confirmation.
8. Sud Ibiza Suites reserves the right to pre-authorize your card before check-in.

• Our Sud Suites accommodations have a total capacity of up to 3 people, depending on the contracted rate, and the Sud Gran Suites have a total capacity of up to 5 people, depending on the contracted rate. Additionally, upon request, both the Sud Suites and Sud Gran Suites may accommodate an infant up to 2 years old in a crib.
